I guess I am one of those content junkies who gets bored too easily. I haven’t ever really thought of myself that way, but I am experiencing one of those slumps right now. Nothing really interests me right now. I am in a funk with WoW…I can’t get into Champions Online…I have no desire to go back and play WarHammer…in short…I’m in MMO limbo. Continue reading MMO Apathy
Remembering Matthew Carmen Sellitto on 9/11
Matthew was about to celebrate his twenty-fourth birthday when his life was tragically cut short on 9/11. He worked the Trading Desk at Cantor Fitzgerald on the 105th floor in Tower One at the World Trade Center. In spite of his fear, he reached out to his family that day to tell them he loved them.
“You can’t survive on hate…you have to survive by doing something good”. These words were spoken by the father of Matthew Sellitto in 2007. After reading about his son, I think he would have agreed. Continue reading Remembering Matthew Carmen Sellitto on 9/11

Shockwave Games…Why they have my favorite Flash Games so far
Occasionally, I take a night off from MMO gaming and like to play online flash games. I usually end up playing games on Shockwave games. They offer a couple of options for play. With Shockwave, they allow you to play some games online without having to subscribe or for a monthly subscription fee, they allow you to download any of their games and play them. In addition, they lock some games as “exclusive” to club members (subscribers). They have a lot of options for non-subscribers to play, but of course I find myself gravitating to the “exclusive” games. I have included a list of some of my favorites further down in the post. Hello world!
Hello World! Genda finally infected me with the blogger virus. My hope is that this will be a place where I can post about games, gaming, gamers, and various other words that start with game. I am a woman who games. I know…I know…we are mythical beings who most game developers don’t believe exist. But we do. We are proud, loud, and a growing force to be reckoned with. I play Flash Games, Console Games, and most often MMO’s. For flash games, I tend to gravitate to puzzle games like Puzzl3D or MahJong. For console games, I like Rock Band and XBox Live Arcade games. My husband Genda and I have played most of the popular MMO’s out there and I can usually be found in either WoW or Champions Online right now. My goal is to post my thoughts and feelings about these as I play them and hopefully someone may find it useful.
Be looking for more as time goes on.
